Jonathan Eubanks

MA, Resident in Counseling

I offer structured, evidence-based CBT individual therapy for adults and adolescents, with particular expertise in anxiety, addiction, depression, grief, and trauma. I also provide CBT-informed couples counseling, helping partners build healthier communication patterns and problem-solving skills. Additional areas of focus include family conflict, difficult life transitions, career or vocational challenges, and issues unique to men in this season of life.

At the heart of my work is the belief that real, lasting change arises from active collaboration, clear goals, and practical skill-building. Together we’ll identify unhelpful thoughts, test them against reality, and replace them with more balanced perspectives.

You’ll learn behavioral experiments, exposure techniques, and coping strategies—and we’ll use homework assignments to practice these skills between sessions. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, addiction, depression, or questions of meaning and faith, therapy offers a safe, structured space to write a new story of connection and resilience.
